Terms of Use
InvestPuppy Pte Ltd — the terms that govern your use of this website. Not the terms of a Vektor subscription, which are set out separately.
Last updated: August 2026.
Note: This page covers use of the investpuppy.com website only — browsing, reading, downloading published materials, and using tools like Ask the Puppy. It does not cover the Vektor platform subscription itself, which is governed by the Proof Partners Agreement or standard subscription agreement executed with each client. It also does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
Honest by design applies to our legal terms too — this page says what it means and means what it says.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by:
InvestPuppy Pte Ltd
Incorporated in Singapore
Contact: contact@investpuppy.com
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, the only real remedy is not to use the site — there's no separate opt-out mechanism for individual sections.
2. What's on this site, and what it isn't
This website describes the Vektor platform, publishes our research (the Unvarnished series and the Vektor white papers), and provides tools including Ask the Puppy and a research registration form.
Nothing on this site is investment advice. Vektor is a portfolio management platform for licensed and regulated professionals; using it, or reading about it, does not create an advisory relationship between you and InvestPuppy. Platform screenshots and reference output shown on this site reflect the live running system as of the date shown, not a simulation — but the platform has not yet executed in a live client account, and every document that discusses that is explicit about it. We'd rather you read the disclosure than take a screenshot at face value.
Where documents are gated behind registration or an NDA, that gate exists to track who's reading and, in the NDA case, to protect information shared in confidence — not to create a paywall for content we'd otherwise charge for.
3. Using this site
You're welcome to read, download, and share anything published openly on this site, including the Unvarnished series and any ungated white papers, for your own evaluation and due diligence purposes. Please don't republish our documents as though they were your own work, or use them to build a competing platform — that's the one thing we'd ask you not to do with material we've otherwise made free.
Registration-gated and NDA-gated documents are provided to you personally for evaluation purposes. Redistributing them outside your own firm's due diligence process isn't part of what registration or the NDA covers.
Please don't attempt to interfere with the site's operation — scraping it at a rate that degrades service for others, attempting to bypass a registration or NDA gate technically rather than through the process provided, or similar. If you find a genuine security issue, we'd rather you told us directly at contact@investpuppy.com than exploited it.
4. Ask the Puppy
Ask the Puppy answers questions by searching our own document suite and generating a response using a third-party AI model. It's a genuinely useful research tool, and we've built it to be well-sourced — but it's still an AI-generated response, not a substitute for reading the underlying document or for professional advice. Where it matters — commercial terms, regulatory scope, anything you'd rely on — check the source document it points you to.
See our Privacy Policy for how questions submitted to Ask the Puppy are handled.
5. Intellectual property
The Vektor and InvestPuppy names and marks, the site's design, and the content we've written — including the Unvarnished series, white papers, and commercial documents — belong to InvestPuppy Pte Ltd. The permission to read, download, and share described in Section 3 doesn't transfer ownership of any of it.
If you think something on this site infringes rights you hold, tell us at contact@investpuppy.com and we'll look into it properly rather than argue about it first.
6. No warranty, and the limits of what we're liable for
We try hard to keep this site accurate — genuinely, not as a legal formality — but we can't promise it's error-free at every moment, and we can't guarantee it will always be available. The site, and everything on it, is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows us to say that.
InvestPuppy Pte Ltd isn't liable for losses arising from your use of this website, to the extent the law allows us to limit that liability. Nothing in this section limits liability that can't legally be limited — for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where applicable law says that liability can't be excluded.
7. Links to other sites
Where this site links to something we don't operate — a source we cite, a regulator's website, a third-party tool — we're not responsible for that site's content or practices. Following a link off investpuppy.com means you're now subject to that site's own terms, not ours.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the site and what we offer through it change. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes affecting how gated documents or Ask the Puppy work will be reflected here as they happen, not backdated.
